If you are ordering a pre-sale item, please note that these items are created by our local manufacturer once the pre-sale order period has ended.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your items to be created and shipped to you once the pre-sale period has ended.

At this time, we are unable to ship internationally but proudly ship to all 50 states.

We hope you love everything you receive from Brakefields! If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, we want to make returns as easy as can be.

To ensure that we can quickly and easily process your return, please make sure your return meets the following requirements:

All returns must be made within 20 days of the order ship date.

 All items must be in new condition without any marks or sign of wear (ie: makeup or deoderant marks, damage to the fabric, odors, etc).

All returns should be repackaged in their original packaging with tags attached.

If your items arrive at our warehouse and do not meet these conditions, your refund will be issued as store credit to be used on our website within one year.

We will send a return label by email.

A small handling fee of $5 for local customers and $10 for customers outside of Nashville will be charged for exchanges. 

Customized items are made just for you and therefore final sale. Earrings, hats, and hair accesssories are also final sale.
